With Alexandros Athanasiadis Architect: The desire to be inspired by the splendid Greek architecture of the 60s. Put into action multiple volumes.
These create a monumental movement. Seems to mark one’s proper presence. The volumes that they throw up, bring forth the desire that reaches towards the sea. Simultaneously, they create inlets where it is possible to feel the movements of the sea. Every aperture carefully delineates a cornice towards the nearest isles.
They also highlight the Grecian landscape. The colours imitate purity.
The interiors make way for an expanse of objects and elements of a minimalist note. Clean elements that largely define space.

Con Alexandros Athanasiadis Architect. L’ispirazione nasce dalle meravigliose architetture Greche degli anni 60. I volumi creano un movimento monumentale, quasi a voler imporre la propria presenza nel territorio, facendo scaturire il desiderio di protendere verso gli infiniti orizzonti del mare. Nello stesso momento formare delle insenature dove poter gustare il suo rumore del mare. Ogni apertura è oculata per delineare una cornice che metta in risalto le isole vicine dando importanza al landscape greco.
Il colore bianco è simbolo di purezza e da un alta luminosità, gli interni si svuotano per dar spazio ad una presenza di oggetti ed elementi dalle note minimaliste...che maggiormente definiscono lo spazio.
